Frances J. Lesniak

Beloved wife of Ronald for over 60 years. Loving mother of the late Debra, Loretta (Greg), and Karen. Cherished grandmother of Aaron (Libby), Chase (Kristen), and Rachel. Dearest great grandmother of Hunter. Treasured sister of Joann, sister in law of Ramona (the late Robert), and Fred (Irene). Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Frances was an avid member of many charitable organizations and the city of Warren. As I approach the writing of this, I wanted to begin as a child. Our childhood memories with my mom, my hopes and dreams shared with my mom, and the loving and caring ways she treated others, are just a few traits learned from our Mom. That is what she taught us. She was an amazing wife to my dad for over 60 years. This is a love letter to my mom. It's a letter of expression of how important she is in all of our lives. We want to say thank you, but it doesn't seem enough. I've said thank you to her so many times, we all have. She has seen me cry a lot throughout my life- all of us - in fact, both happy and sad tears. More recently they have been sad tears, but she always found a way to try to encourage us that there is happiness WE will find, through the tears. My mom always made us all feel safe. That was all because of her and the way she was. Everyone always found a cheerleader in her. We laughed a lot during our childhood, that was all because of our mom. We all felt like we could lasso the moon and make it our own. That was because of our mom. The memories of our life with our mom are nothing short of a dream come true. We remember being dressed in the best clothes, all the while she would wear whatever she had. We were always impeccably dressed. Great memories of Camp Dearborn summers; they were some of the best summers of our lives. Thank you. That was all because of our mom. I could go on and on, but together we have had the most wonderful childhood and adult memories. We know what they are, and they are all because of our mom. As an adult, I, her youngest daughter; is more like my mom than I ever realized. That is a good thing. I am charitable, loving, caring, believer in God, and strong willed. I seek to find the truth in all that I do, I protect others, fight for the underprivileged, and I pray for the world, my family, and myself. That is all because of my mom. We always told her how proud of her we were and proud to call ourselves her daughter, and grandchildren. It is an honor and a privilege. One we do not take lightly. Thank you Mom, for giving so much of yourself and for being the best mom a girl could ask for. You are so loved by all of us - today, tomorrow and forever. We love you Mom. We all love you very much.
