Age 96 of Sterling Heights passed away Sunday January 30, 2022. Rita was born January 16, 1926 in Yugoslavia. She married the late Sam Russ at the age of 23 in 1949. She is survived by her Two sons George and Mike Russ. Daughter in law Kathy Russ and granddaughters Alyssa Russ and Lindsay (Mike) Jaworski. Two great grandchildren Grant and Maya Jaworski. Along with her brother Tom Phillipoff and her manu nieces and nephews, Rita was proceeded in death by her parents, husband of 56 years and her sister Mary Kristoff
