Ronald Zatine

September 27, 1936 - November 20, 2021

Ron Zatine died on November 20th, 2021 at the age of 85 years old. He has joined his beloved wife & our mother, Annamarie Zatine. Ron was the foundation of our family and will be deeply missed. Born of Lebanese Canadian immigrants, Fred & Sarah Zatine, in Owen Sound, Ontario Canada on September 27, 1936. He was the youngest of three, sister Helen and brother Fred. Ron was a beautiful fun loving soul. He was always joking around, making people laugh and feel welcomed. People would say he was the life of the party. He was a strong hard-worker who was loving and kind. He loved his family so much that he would do anything for them. He had an inseparable bond with the love of his life, Annamarie, that his heart was broken without her, and passed 6 months after her death. Our Family will not be the same, but we find comfort in knowing that he and our mother are together again. Ron was the beloved husband of Annamarie Zatine. Loving father of Laurie (Rob) Sikes, Chris (Melissa) Zatine, Mandi (Tony) Akrawi. Dearest grandfather of Melissa (Chris) Moffat, Michael, Kristen, Maryam , and Annamaria. Loving great-grandfather of Emily. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations in Ron’s honor to Wounded Warriors, Manna Meals, & Capuchin soup kitchen.
